Big sisters are THE BEST!

From the day Gracie was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, Tess stepped up alongside her dad and I to learn how to take care of her baby sister. Sounds sweet, huh? Considering that she was only 9 years old when she determined to learn everything she could to help keep Gracie alive, I'm hit with what an amazing kid she's always been:). So, what better way to spend your 7th D-aversary than by spending it with your big sister? Gracie woke up early to head to Crete today to help Tess take care of her little munchkins, Archer and Izzy. I love watching the love and compassion these two special sisters share with each other:)
